Indoor/outdoor living in a West Coast modern beauty
West Coast Private Residence
This 6,000-square-foot, single-family residence in Vancouver is a stunning showcase of West Coast Modern architecture. Designed locally, the interior is filled with natural light and complemented with an abundance of outdoor living space.
The combination of wood and glass throughout the home fit beautifully into its neighbourhood. The main patio houses four sets of large panel sliding glass doors. The largest spans an opening of approximately 21 feet, allowing guests to wander between indoor and outdoor spaces. The guesthouse also features wide-panel sliding doors directly off the bedroom giving views of the backyard patio and pool area.
Completing the outdoor space is a glass balustrade anchored by our adjustable stand-offs mounted into concrete.
