A complete reimagination of a former Target space
Hillcrest Mall Renovation - Indigo/Starbucks/Home Sense Entrance
As part of a multi-phase $90M “glow-up” to transform the mall into a bright and contemporary destination for the area’s expanding young population, Stella created an all-glass entrance for the area where Target used to be at the mall.
Key to Stella’s modern design was the use of No-Hole-In-Glass Support via a custom spider we created for this project.
The Target Back-fill is anchored by Marshalls/Home Sense and Indigo, it completely redefine the look and image of the centre. This area has been subdivided from one large tenant to multiple tenancies, includes new entrance and overall finishes upgrade to tie into the existing mall.
