• To assist wayfinding without sacrificing travel times and distances for maximum impact on patient wellness.

Solution:

Daylight and views are now emphasized …also support wayfinding….providing a sense of nature combined with a feeling of community.

This fast-growing Toronto suburb needed a better integrated health and wellness centre; it was important to the design to create clear wayfinding and an obvious entrance.

Mission achieved with the massive stand-alone glass entrance canopy. The Stella Spider supported  glass roof provides a clear entry point as well as shelter from the elements.
