100 Queens Quay East – LCBO Headquarters
The new Sugar Beach waterfront development in Toronto, Ontario, has a brand-new LCBO head office and flagship store that covers 24,000 sq ft and is home to over 4,000 wine, beer and liquor products. The building is also base to world-class tenants such as Toronto Region Board of Trade, Canada Goose and Richardson Wealth. The office entrance lobby needed to be a standout and welcoming feature for this new signature building.
The Project:
When Stella was first invited to work on the project, we knew it needed to be a showstopper as this key location is an integral part of this new development and would set the standard for the rest of the community. Stella’s role would be to create a stunning glass podium façade to house a lobby designed for collaboration.
