Congratulations to our Strategic Accounts Executive Lesley Smith

Leading the charge for dynamic glass solutions across North America with Lesley Smith.

Stella is pleased to announce the appointment of Toronto-based Lesley as the new Strategic Accounts Executive bringing custom glass solutions to life in new markets.

With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, Lesley’s fields of expertise as an account manager include transportation, education, commercial and healthcare.

Hired at Stella in 2017 with a focus on business development, her success in the Canadian market as an account manager bringing new glass engineered solutions to life, has made her the perfect candidate to lead the charge to expand Stella across North America.

Lesley’s abilities are evident in early design development. She works closely with our architects and glazing partners to look ahead, identify challenges, and find solutions to move the project to a “tender-ready” submission. This collaborative approach ensures that design visions become constructible realities which ties into Stella’s core values.

Lesley has been a key contributor on projects such as new flagship office for LCBO at 100 Queens Quay development, W Hotel at 90 Bloor Street, 175 Bloor Street East revitalization, Erin Mills Town Centre and Ottawa’s Confederation Line expansion currently under construction. The Confederation Line is new massive transit system with 16 stations and has been a 5-year project for us. These are just a few of many structural glass walls that now grace Toronto’s skyline thanks to Lesley’s contributions.

If you’re looking for assistance on bringing your complex design vision to reality anywhere in North America, contact Lesley to find you the perfect unique engineered solution.
